Not a bad bowel movement, but the popcorn just must have popped one and caused me to bleed out.

Yes I've already had a full colonoscopy and it is confirmed i have internal hemorrhoids and no polyps or fissures.

I just miss the days of being able to pass a log right through and not have to worry about the consequences.

Pretty sure it's from weight lifting, but I'm thinking they are more from doing odd job things like moving furniture etc.

Anyone else have this issue?

You have internal hemorrhoids? You had the colonoscopy - they said there were no problems? Did they test for liver failure? Internal hemorrhoids are pretty hard to induce from voluntary movement. They're frequently a sign of something more significant or pathological. I would doubt it's from weightlifting or moving furniture since you don't really have active control of muscles that high in the rectum. If you're cleared, then that's fine. Just gotta up the fiber in your diet. It might be a good idea for you to supplement fiber to reduce symptoms quickly.

i should have clarified, they are like right on the inside of my anus when I'm relaxed but when in poop-mode they are outside of my body.

I'm not sure what exactly caused them, it doesn't really matter at this point, but alot of it has to do with being OCD about using toilet paper until there is zero poop on the paper. Maybe some has to do with weight lifting or lots of excercise, I'm sure it all goes together.

When I was a kid I would do it until I bled sometimes, really bizarre!

My family also has the same issues, I didn't know until I had to tell them why I was getting a colonoscopy...so heredity has to deal with it too. Sort of like how some people are prone to nose bleeds because they happen to have blood vessels that are just too close to the outer layer of skin

Ah, alright. Yeah, those are technically called "external" hemorrhoids due to their location in the anus. Those can definitely be caused by working out and obsession with being clean. Up the fiber in your diet and you should have nothing to worry about :)
