FarCry in Realistic mode

Has anyone beat the game on "realistic" (no cheats)? I beat it on level 3, and it was easier than expected (after playing thru on level 1). But level 5 seems to be impossible. I'm curious if can even be done without using any cheats.
 
I got about 70% of the way on Realistic mode and gave up. Too many parts were overly-frustrating.

I will say that the 70% of it that I went through was totally fun. It started out as an experiment doing just the first level on realistic, and it was so fun I tried to do the whole game on Realistic. You have to be MUCH more patient, use the binoc's more often, and be more efficient with ammo. But like I said, it was fun.
 
Yea, I tried level 1 as bascially an expirement also. I found out quickly that it was going to be as hard as it sounds. I don't see myself ever finishing it on that level.
