Ok, so I have been experimenting with the different levels. 0, which is no HDR looks like crap to me ones I'm used to HDR. But from level 1 to 9 I can see no difference and performance is better with level 1. So what's the difference, I can't see any but performance.

PD: just saw it makes a very tiny difference, not worth the performance hit IMO, HDR level 1 looks great.
 
I guess you have killed AA to get HDR command to run ?.(the two cant run same time)

If so 7 is rec setting at 10 it was a bright bloom for me.
 
AA if disabled yes, the difference between no HDR and HDR is very very clear (I've got some screenshots for a review I'm doing). Going from HDR level 1 to 7 lead to no IQ improvement and a 10% performance hit. So I guess HDR level 1 is the way togo, it looks fantastic 😉
 
The rec setting of 7 looks great outside, but walk by some wall or roof lights (electric not sunlight) indoors and its just a big bloom that looks kinda crap, obv this was beta in the 1.30 patch and the newer patch is same with added multiplayer fixes so nothing has changed.
