Thankfully I wasn't asking you anything so you can save your breath.
Unsurprisingly, I agree with his assessment of your character in this regard. But you should finish arguing against that straw man. It looks super dangerous to leave standing there.

Your statement was:

I can't wait for people arguing for "free speech" to start with 2+2=5 being just as valid as 2+2=4 and worthy of its audience.

That can't read any other way than being opposed to free speech in some form or faction, specifically speech that you don't deem "worthy" (2+2=5). How did I present a straw man, if anything you did.

So what's your position on free speech and what's your rationale for that position? Genuinely curious. I get that both you both think I'm stupid, oh well, entertain me anyways.

It's not the government yet, but if left unchecked who knows. We've already discussed in this very thread about our neighbor to the north that I'd assume most of us were surprised to hear isn't quite as free as we thought in regards to free speech. We have examples all of the time of people pushing their schools into coddling them and doing away with speech they don't like, even public taxpayer funded institutions. It's small pushes, but over time those small pushes add up.
For your comment on getting punched in the mouth I'm not following. Words have consequences, is that what you're getting at. If so...ok? Who said otherwise?
Well, we can have a thread about these other examples, but in this thread, I am commenting on the facts in this case.

Seems pretty obvious that 2+2=4 vs 2+2=5 or "browns are what's wrong with america" aren't equal in the context of schools, but this is conservatives we're talking about here.

This guy explains some of it quite well:

But generally it's a lot of what conservatives complain about routinely, from political correctness to new-wave feminism, "campus rape culture," all the other sjw nonsense, and their open alignment with islamic fascism. Recently I've been finding conservatives a lot more reasonable than before.

Ha! I'm subscribed to Paul Joseph Watson believe it or not, even though I view infowars in a dubious light. I must've missed that video. I subscribed only a month or so ago.

Oh, I believe it :)

Actually the only problem what that specific video is when he talks about a conspiracy theory blaming muslim attacks on the US and Israeli govts, and then shows muslims in paris claming that recent attacks weren't perpetrated by muslims, obviously meaning that they aren't "true muslims" and not that they support the conspiracy accusation. It's dishonest and manipulative, but nothing approaching Maddow levels.

Other than that it's accurate. Interesting that a muslim came up with "regressive left." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regressive_left

I did present a straw man. And you stepped up to it. Care to back away before things get dumber? Or do you want to defend lies are as good as facts in the matter of free speech and see how that goes?

Like right wingers giving a damn about women's and gay rights

You may be surprised to learn that the "progressive" UberLeft doesn't have a monopoly on women/gay rights - others might just have a little hesitation when it comes to destroying some people to give unlimited goodies to the other.

...

Can you give me one instance of Maddow being dishonest and manipulative. And don't say the tax form because that was neither.

And what's up with your labeling of everyone and everything? That's a horrible way to lead a life, you're going to one miserable person for a long time.

People shouldn't be allowed to lie? I asked what your position is regarding free speech, all you've done thus far is call me dumb. Feel free to actually respond at some point.

If you have ever used the term "regressive leftist" you are a hardcore right-wing conservative trump-ite authoritarian.

Only a sith deals in absolutes.

Seriously... THIS is the type of behaviour you and our resident leftist intersectional progressive anarchists are championing:

(so, so many more examples of leftist student brainwashing examples could be provided...)

Probably because this is a dumb question to ask. So yeah... you're dumb, dummy. At least based on what you've added to this thread.

Professors and parents, hopefully. And maybe the taxpayers who subsidize their tuition.

These "students" are already voting age and are the fighting force for the progressive 'army'. These are the ones fighting for laws to be created/changed to suit their masters' agendas.

Brainwashed "useful idiots" who, like so many here, believe the issues they've been taught and ignore all reality that contradicts it.

Worse, the laws they enact affect EVERYONE, meaning their short term gain will likely become a long term loss for everyone. Think big picture.
