Far Cry Storyline

I borrowed Far Cry from a friend when it first came out and I kept my saved games, I played up until the Control level. I don't want to play it all over again and I forget most of the storyline, so can someone tell me a shory summary, level by level? Just give me the important plot points.

This is what I remember, please include stuff I'm forgetting:
Training: Jack washes up on an island, meets doctor dude over that cell phone thing
Carrier: Jack tries to find the chick and finds out a bit about the mercs' leader
Fort: Jack tries to cut power to the islands??
Pier:
Treehouse:
Bunker:
Steam:
Regulator:

Fort: blow up communications radar dish.
Pier: meet up with Doyle.
Treehouse: meet with head scientist to gain access into bunker area.
Bunker: pursue Valerie to the Mercs' helicopter.
Steam: get the night vision goggles.
Regulator: sabotage the installation.

Yes but they split up again in Steam.

She's a CIA agent that's keeping tabs on Krieger.

FC has the WORST story and plot holes you can pilot a Freighter through.

Why is Jack sabotaging the installation in Regulator, is he trying to stop the Trigens?
