Far Cry linkage

Just checked one of my old email accounts and found this email that evidently came today offering Far Cry for 19.99, I guess it is a promo copy that has the manuals in Thai or something, but this seems like a great price on a great game and thought I would give you guys the heads up if you didn't want to pay full price and don't mind the manuals being in another language.

If you don't want to buy it, you can laugh at the system specs it lists...kinda low in my opinion...they also have Battlefield Vietnam for 19.99 with this here

Just a note: I have ordered from these guys before with no problems, but they deal in alot of used and refurb merchandise, and evidently stuff from Thailand.

I have purchased from them, they have BF Vietnam for $19.99 as well. They usually do not stock these two, and they are from Thailand (takes 10+ days to get, normally).

I have bought several things from them and have not been ripped off yet FINGERS CROSSED 🙂

these are the same types of games that have been sold on ebay for years.
imported versions...same game just taiwan documentation.

I think they have 3 or 4 of these types

Nice find. But I also wonder about the legality, unless the fact that it's a promo version changes that. But normally you aren't supposed to sell promo versions?

i actually live about a 15 - 20 mins drive from surplus computers. Im gonna drop by the store and check it out. I report back later.

Surplus Computers has been around for a long time, so its not really a shady place. If the games have CD Keys then these are pretty good deals. I'm tempted to return my unopened BF: Vietnam and buy it at Surplus.
