Far cry mouse problems

I reinstalled far cry today(deleted in last reformatting)
and it installs fine...
got the newest patch for it...
my mouse works in the menus but when the game launches i cant look around...WTH?
any ideas

the mouse is a RAZER copperhead

Load default controls, then it should work after that. It's a pretty common problem.

(you can then remap the controls) 🙂

i dont remember changing the controls maybe the patch did...hmm ill get rid of patch and see how it goes

It's a 1.4 issue.

It'll work after that, same thing happened to me.

well i uninstalled it anyway since i found something to entertain me but now im bored again so im reinstalling

Haha ok. It'll work. When I installed it for a lan a few months ago I was like WTF why is the mouse not working in game?

I hunted around the net a bit and found out that simply loading defaults got rid of the problem, so I was happy.

Update just for closure yea it worked for me i decided to play thru on medium.....God I :grits teeth: love how easy this game is
