You have no problems running the game because you are running it in crippled DX8 mode instead of DX9. It has nothing to do with your RAM, fast writes, bios, etc.
Here that Videoclone? You could take out your memory and flash your bios to the oldest one possible because it has nothing to do with how the game runs. I never knew this.
