SS Comparision

Saw this posted in Software but seems like no one knows about it. I don't have Win XP 64 bit installed so I can't try it out 🙁

Image quality and viewing distance was improved a bit..

Tried it yesterday...really looks a bit nicer, but crashed in the first run with FSAA 4x activated...must be still a little beta... 😛
Anyway it seems to look a little nicer and smoother...but if it performs better...?
Not easy to judge as the extra eye candy eats up the performance anyway 😉

surely x64 isnt responsible for anything thats been changed?

i mean 64bit doesnt mean you can change a few textures, surely thats graphics card. i think theyre struggling to find a good home for 64bit at this time
