Mixed settings. You can't run at max settings, on max settings it'll use 3GB VRAM @1080p and that's for 780/780 Ti.

Some pointers:
1) Use SMAA
2) Turn off Godrays (big impact on kepler cards)
3) Lower the texture size/detail/settings
4) Play around with Nvidia Fur & HBAO+, HBAO+ maybe have lower impact, Nvidia Fur maybe have higher impact.

Or follow Nvidia's recommended settings:

May want to turn off both Godrays and Fur, many reports of crashes with those options over on the GF forum.

Never had issues with those on Maxwell, don't know if Kepler is different in that case.

I used to run FC4 with GTX 770 2GB SLI at 1440p and it worked fine in general but felt that turning at least textures down a notch helped. This was before the game was patched multiple times though. 1080p might do better but you will definitely need to turn down some settings. For AA definitely use SMAA only.

So no, no ultra on a single 770.

I bet your 770 can play well with all settings at medium. My 7970 xfire rig runs 80-120 fps with all settings on ultra. SMAA.

On my 680 SLI setup i'm running this game with Ultra settings and all the Game Works features enabled. No MSAA, only SMAA @ 1200p Most of the time i'm at 60+ fps, but it does dip into the low 40's at times. I assume this is more a VRAM wall performance hit than a GPU grunt one.

Overall I was quite happy with the performance considering all the VRAM requirements I had read about before I got the game, but on a single 770 which is a couple fps faster than a single 680, you'll certainly need to tone down some settings.

I had a 770 when FC4 was released and had no problem playing it with *most* settings on ultra, but no AA. But kepler seems behind the pack in benches from back then. AMD cards that should be behind it are ahead here, still I think you will have no problems playing at 1080p. Just may need to adjust some of settings, but I'm sure you will still retain good level of IQ.

There's a ton of side missions, though they're pretty repetitive.
