Got Steam key for Metro Last Light for 13.60. Seems like they have really good prices for newer games, while Steam is emphasizing indie type games. I might pick up FC 3 as well.
 
Grabbed FC 3.

I was going to get FF7 since it was finally at a reasonable price, but then I thought about it and figured a few extra bucks for a new game was the way to go.

I probably would have ended up playing FF7 for 1/2 an hour and never touching it again anyway. Nostalgia purchases are dangerous.

FC 2 kept me away from FC 3 for a while. I bought it near full price and never enjoyed any aspect of that game. The graphics were really good at the time, but the gameplay and setting just didn't do it for me.
 
Apparently I had a $5 credit with Amazon to use on my next PC game. It must have come with my purchase of SR4.

Regardless, AC4 thus at $30 is a steal.

I didn't realize there was a deluxe upgrade. I missed my chance there. I'll be content to wait with the stuff I have picked up so far.

And there's still a shot at it being featured with a heavier discount on Steam.
