Fantasy Stock Exchange?

Are there any easy-to-use, free sites to "play the stock market" with fantasy cash? Maybe where you can start with a lump investment amount, then add monthly contributions with pre-defined allocations?

I'm reading books and such on stock investing, and want to give it a trial run, so to speak, before commiting real cash.

While "easy-to-use" and "free" are on my list of of qualities, the most important, I suppose, would be accuracy - something identical to a "real" investment/broker site.

Searching turns up quite a few - anyone have any personal experience with one?
