Fantasy Football - Which Defense should I start

Hello All,

I am playing my arch rival this week in the playoffs and I really want to stick it to him. I am wondering which of my D's I should start

Here is what I have

Arizona
I just picked up Arizona since they are playing the 49'ers

Rattay and Barlow are out....and they are playing at home

Chargers

They are playing the Tampa Bay Bucs at home...who whopped Atlanta...so I am unsure about this one

Panthers

They are playing St Louis at home but Bulger is out...and Chandler is in....

I was leaning towards the Panthers...but the 49er's are so damn bad it is hard to pass up on Arizona when the starting RB and QB are not playing and they are on the Road...

What would you do ?

Any help would be appreciated...

Thanks

Leeland

look up the defensive stats on the nfl's website, and look at their opponents offensive stats too. That should help you determine who to start.

chargers.... forget stats if you've seen them play u know......

panthers without K.Jenkins and peppers playing lousy they are half the defense they should be.St Louis has a potent offense and dont think b/c bulger is out Torry will forget how to catch.....

Arizona I mean come on.......yeah SF is without their starting QB and RB but they stink anyway and Arz. corners are undersized so even a backup QB will have several chances downfield.B.Lloyd is a good reciever just needs the right looks.

Anyway chargers play good clock control and will get the lead pretty early on which will force tampa to throw to catch up and Griese isnt always the most accurate.I'd say like 4 sacks from them maybe a pick or possibly 2 and they shouldt score anymore than maybe 17 if Pittman has another good game.

I say the Panthers, the Defense has been improving, creating turnovers, and the rams have done nothing but flop lately, and really the person that does their scoring (bulger) is out. I pick the panthers to win, and I pick them to create a lot of turnovers in the process, you have to remember that the Rams only beat the 49ers 16-6 and have been on a downward spiral since the 2nd half of the season began.

While the panthers have done nothing but improve since then... particularly the defense.

Arizona, hands down. No one is going to say the STL defense is good, and they held the Niners to 6 points last week. The Niners o-line is GARBAGE. They can't run or pass block. It'll be a good day for that D.
