I have both the New York Jets (vs New England) and San Francisco (vs Denver) on my team and need to pick which team to start for this week in a fantasy league. Both teams are playing at home. Any thoughts on which team will do better this week in collecting fantasy points? I still have an hour to change my team...

Hmmm...I don't think either defense will do particularly well this week given their opponents. I'd probably lean towards New York though, seems to me Denver will still be able to put up quite a few points regardless of the D they go against.

I could just drop a spare player and pickup another DEF then. I just noticed people have been dropping DEF like crazy to pickup other players to replaced injured ones. I can draft:

Denver (DEF-Den) @SF
Jacksonville (DEF-Jac) @KC
Seattle (DEF-Sea) Ari 202
Carolina (DEF-Car) Det 208
Dallas (DEF-Dal) Ten
Indianapolis (DEF-Ind) Mia
Cincinnati (DEF-Cin) @Cle
Kansas City (DEF-KC) Jac
Arizona (DEF-Ari) @Sea
Houston (DEF-Hou) @SD
Buffalo (DEF-Buf) @Min
Atlanta (DEF-Atl) Chi
Detroit (DEF-Det) @Car
Minnesota (DEF-Min) Buf

I would play Carolina against Detroit (or maybe even Detroit against Carolina). This is gonna be a pretty sloppy low scoring game I think.

As a die-hard Lions fan, I can tell you that I'd pick the Carolina defense. The Lions absolutely suck on offense, so the Panthers should do well.

Besides, they played well against Baltimore last week, right?

As of 13:00 in the 4th:
7 pts. allowed, 4 sacks, 2 ints, 2 fumbles forced

You're welcome. :)

"You're welcome." ;)

They got another sack before the end of the game too. Carolina turned out to be a fantasy points goldmine, thanks!
