Well, my team won the first week but I was a little disappointed in LJ and Chris Cooley. I got stallworth but got him on the bench and started Joe Horn...arghhhhhh

I did well in my first league. My second league, the scoring is all fvcked up so I don't care anymore. So just about my #1 league:

Frank Gore did amazingly well. Not impressed at all with Delhomme's numbers. And Cooley didn't do crap for me, either. Warrick Dunn had 132 yards, so that was good.

Stallworth and McNabb put me in first place in one of my leagues. Woot! With Portis in my lineup next week, I should have a great team.

I crushed in 2/5 leagues... both my ATOT leagues... and lost my other 3 leagues.

Is it just me or does everyone have itchy trade fingers?

In touchdown leagues, Dunn isn't going to cut it. His greatest production was 9 touchdowns back in 2004. 2nd best year was 2000, while with Tampa Bay. Yardage-wise, he's had 4 good years.
I'm not assuming you targeted him in your fantasy draft; I haven't figured out why some fantasy players rave over Dunn. Also, during his tenure in Atlanta, his receptions per season lower than his years in Tampa.

I outscored my opponent by 63 points. It's just a free league. I think I'll stick with my lineup for another week :D.

My Lineup:

QB - Kurt Warner - 18 pts
WR - Torry Holt - 4 pts
WR - Rod Smith - 1 pt
WR - Larry Fitzgerald - 6 pts
RB - Tiki Barber - 8 pts
RB Julius Jones - 10 pts
TE Jason Witten - 1 pt
W/T Laveranues Coles - 14 pts
K - Jason Elam - 5 pts
DEF - Chicago Bears - 28 pts
D - Troy Polamalu - 12.5 pts
D - Michael Strahan - 5 pts
DB - Roy Williams - 7.5 pts
DL - Aaron Schobel - 4.5 pts

124.5 points overall in a yahoo league.

Cooley lost it for me (-0.2 point). Hasselback didn't do much either. Even Bledsoe would've given me more points, even though he sucked arse this week. My highest performers were the Seattle Defense and the Cinci kicker, Graham. Tiki did well, but to have Jacobs get that TD just made me lose hope. Cadillac was a disappointment as well. I thought Barlow was 3rd string, but he managed a TD. Too bad I didn't play him. Warner threw freakin THREE TD's and NONE to Fitzgerald, although he did get 133 yards. :( Then Jackson did NOTIHNG also. With Branch coming over to Seattle, I'm not sure Jackson will get the numbers he should be getting. Arrrgh!

Shaun Alexander killed me. He got 1.17 points based on our screwy scoring system (fumbles/interceptsion are -5 points)

Leftwich was a nice surprise and Chester Taylor, my sleeper for the year, came through big time.

I've actually got a draft coming up Thursday night (yahoo was fuxed up last week). I'm trying to decide if there were any sleepers that popped up this week that may be worth a higher look. I think Roy Williams is going to be a great option this year once Detroit gets a couple more games under Martz's system and Kitna gets a bit more comfortable.

I might reach early for him over Chambers.

Maroney looks like a great pick in the later rounds. Reggie Bush looks like he might be worth reaching early on too, so long as he can stay healthy.

J Dehomme , R Droughen, L Jordan and and J Galloway choked the big one for me...didn't really matter as the guy I matched up against had a bunch of overachievers....

lost 120-67 :(

Yahoo apparently decided it needed to remove all my offensive players from my lineup sometime between Noon and 8pm Monday, and hence, I lost 110-65. Before this, waiting only for LT to play, I had 145 points. I WAS ROBBED!

Yahoo removed my K before the game in one of my leagues. It didn't make a difference in the outcome, but it could if the system does that to more than one player...

Two of my 3 fantasy teams half Delhomme =/ - No good backup either.

How many different kinds of fantasy football are there? When i hear other people talking about Fantasy Football i usually don't know what they hell they're talking about. I feel like i'm missing out on a lot playing in the free Yahoo leagues. Is their Fantasy Football the basic stuff?

I scored 50 points higher than anyone else in my league...

QB: Kurt Warner
RB1: Tiki Barber
RB2: Tatum Bell
RB/WR: Reggie Bush
WR1: Anquan Boldin
WR2: Plaxico Burress
TE: Vernon Davis
DEF: Chicago
K: Adam Vinatieri

I wasnt dissapointed by a single person on my starting roster. I think i'll start Tom Brady this week though since the Cards are playing the Seahawks.

I lost because my stupid league wouldn't let me pick up a replacement for Vaginajagt, because the games started on Thursday. So I had a big 0 for kicker instead of the 20 I could've got by picking up Wilkins, and so I lose.

2 weeks and I'll just be waiting for fantasy basketball to start.

I had a horrible horrible first week. We're all playing for a $600 pot too so I'm disappointed.

Hasselbeck sucked just a tad.
I sat Portis out and he outscored the rest of my RBs
Lamont Jordan ran for a whomping 20 yds
Hines Ward did decent, Matt Jones got me 7 pts
Cooley blew
Elam got me 5 pts
My Indianapolis DEF got me 4 pts

I got a total of 46 pts in my league. DEAD LAST out of 10. I hope to God something sparks my boys up this week!

C'mon.

I wound up in a tie but in our league, tiebreakers are decided by reserve totals and I lost out. What killed me was the Thursday deadline for submitting rosters. I gambled on TJ Housh and it bit me in the rear. Had I started L. Coles or R. Brown instead, obviously, I would have got the one point I needed to win. Overall, my big hitters were pretty average. Hasselbeck didn't get me a TD, Larry Johnson had a mediocre day and Roy Williams didn't do squat. But I was pleased with Westbrook and Chester Taylor, even though I had Taylor on the bench.

I'm optimistic about this season but I'm a little worried about LJ's numbers coming down some while Trent is out. At least my gamble on D. Branch in the 11th round paid off. Not only is he active now, but he went to the team that my starting QB plays for. Starting him this week because I think he makes an immediate impact.

Should I go with Thomas Jones@DET, or Clinton Portis@DAL? Portis has me edgy right now because of his injury.

Also, Joey Galloway@ATL or Rod Smith@KC? Galloway killed me last week with the goose egg, but Smith didn't exactly light it up either.
