Fans question - 2 intake + 1 exhaust = ??

I'm planning on adding two intakes onto the side of an older gateway that runs really warm. I only have one place to put an exhaust and that is on the back (only room for one fan back there).

I know its good to have more exhaust vs intake. But if I run my two intakes at low RPM and my one lone exhaust at high RPM, will this even things out?

meaning the side of the case has two places to put a couple fans?
