SVC has clear 80mm case fans for $5.99. The really cool one is the clear with blue led and chrome wire finger guard for only $7.99! Heck, the wire guard alone is a $1 and the led would run you another buck or so.

Specs on the fan:

Air Flow: 32.5CFM
Rotation Speed: 2500RPM
Noise Level: 28.3dBA
Power Consumption: 1.6W
Rated Voltage: 12VDC
Current Draw at rated voltage: 0.13A

Seems it has a dual connector. As always, this is killer deal from SVC. Great company, great shipping. Check around there for awesome deals on rounded cables, fans, and CPU coolers. Always top Notch! :D

Edit: I mis-read the description. It's not that this has both a 3 and 4 pin connector, it comes with a 3 to 4 pin adapter. Which probably means this is a 3 pin fan. Heck the 3-4 pin adapter is worth a little too. I am going to have to order a few of these this weekend. :)

Wow nice price. ;) Do you know if this is the fan with the LED on the blades itself (giving a nice blue circle when the fan is spinning) or does the LED just shine through the casing of the fan?

Don't know. Would like to know myself...still, this would be rather cool either way :) Thinking about using 2 of these rather than one large 120 in the front as my intake. I was going to WV rig this myself using a black fan, but this will be totally sweet if i can dremel just right :p

Just picked me up some fans and rolled cables. My roommates and I have converted our laundry room to a server room. The clear fans w/blue LCD's will look sweet with the black lights ;) Thnx for the hook up!! :D

Unlikely. The LED's are probably behind the middle of the fan between the motor and hub of the fan. The LED light will propagate out, giving the whole fan a blue tinge in low light environments.....brightest in center fading as you move out from center.

Big thing is "blue leds" How many" 1? 2? 20? and what strength?

Probably the lights just light up the fan making it blue, i doubt they are in the fan blades, usually those are much more expensive

From the pics looks like 2 leds placed in the hub of the fan. BTW openlinx.net sells these for 6 bucks each, but shipping is 6 dollars(no matter how many small items you order). I ordered two of these from them yesterday so I'll let everyone know how they are when they arrive.
