I have a fan with 4 wire pin and a fan controller with 3. I need a 4 to 3 adapter to go in between but can't seem to find one at newegg. Anyone care to steer me in the right direction? Thanks.
I am not very bright sometimes and forget that people can't read my mind. What I actually need is a 4-pin PWM Male to 3-pin Female Adapter Cable

Are you sure you can't just connect the 4-pin fan into the 3-pin header, leaving the fourth pin/wire unused? The fourth wire is meant for PWM control, but the fan controller controls RPM by adjusting voltage instead.
