Fan Vibration

I recently took off the Heatsink Fan and the Northbridge Fan and painted them.

Now that I have them put back on, once I turned the computer on I noticed (heard first, then felt) that they are vibrating quite a bit...

I also painted an 80mm case fan, but it doesn't vibrate near as much.

What do you think it is, is it bad, and how do I fix it?

You may have gotten paint into the fans motor, now unless you are l33t and can ressamble fans at will, dissasemble it, sand off the paint...or buy a new fan

Make sure you attached it properly + tightly, just like how it came. Does that fan screw on? I don't think it does, but if so, then make sure the screws are nice and tight. Btw, why would you paint the CPU fan?
