Fan RPMs in a 340W Enlight PSU very low...normal?

I just built a box with an Enlight EN-7237AZ case, which is the one that comes with a 340W PSU. I noticed that the PSU has a motherboard fan header connector coming out of it so you can monitor the RPMs of the PSU fan. I plugged it into the mobo and checked the RPMs, and noticed that the fan was spinning at about 1500 RPMs. While this isn't horribly low, it definitely seems a lot lower than any other 80mm fan I've ever seen. I felt behind the power supply, and noticed that the fan was barely pushing any air. Is this reason for concern, or are these low RPMs normal for the fan in this PSU? Thanks in advance.

PSU fans usually run slow. Nothing to worry about. I am surprised that your monitoring tool even figured out the RPMs, because I think that some monitoring programs ignore fan speeds that are 1500RPM or less.
