Someone was throwing out an old plasma TV so I stabbed the San Ace fans out of it. They have blue, yellow, and red wires. What do I solder these to, to get maximum fan speed? I am probably going to just use a molex, since I have plenty of those. I have tried-

yellow>yellow
red>red
blue>black
= slow

yellow>yellow
red>red
=no fan (obviously)

red>red
Blue>black
=slow

Any ideas? Thanks! Max

Possibly its just a slow fan

Yeah, I think it's a low RPM fan by default, afaik the 1212L in the model name means that it's a 12V 120mm low speed fan.
