Fan Placement ?

I have a slot on my case for a 120mm fan but i dont know if i should blow air in or out, the power supply fan is blowing air out, so i think i should have it blowing in, but im not too sure, can anyone help ?

gtomas, ideally, your computer should have a minimum of two fans, one in the front sucking cool air in, and one on the back sucking hot air out. This is in addition to the power supply fan blowing hot air out. Does this help?

yeah it does, but my case, which i got along with my gateway PC has a premade fan hole in the back, but it may be difficult to put one in the front. It has some kind of a plastic snap on piece thats just for looks, so i would probably cut through alot of it to get a fan in. But thanks for the advice.
