Fan no longer working on video card

The fan on my video card no longer spins. After I installed The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion several days ago, I was getting weird slowdowns so I stopped playing and checked the card. The temperature was scorching (90C) where it had been only about 50C previously. The system is a Dell Dimension 9100 (3+ years old) and is running Windows XP SP2. Any advice?

Mod a new fan onto the exhisting cooler, replace the cooler or replace the video card.

many readily available after market GPU cooling fans, fry's or newegg are you best bets

I highly recommend the Zalman vf900 for that card, vf700 is ok if you want to save money or can't find the vf900 in stock.

Can be found instore at Fry's, Microcenter, or online at most retailers.

(I have that card in my wife's machine with a vf900)
