So I have a HAF-922 case, and a Rampage II Extreme MOBO. Where should I plug the fans in so that they are managed more appropriately. (ie. not running all the time).

Specific advice appreciated!
 
Get a fan controller for your 3.5'' or 5.25'' bay? That's the easiest thing. It gives you direct control and monitoring over the individual fans.
