I just got a fong Kai 603 case. And it has this duct right above the CPU to take out warm air. And the at the end of the duct is set to suck out hot air. Now my question is I am putting another fan near the REset/Power light on the other side of the case. Should I have the fan suck out air or bring air in the same direction?
 
have it bring in fresh air for ventilation through the case. the duct will prevent the air from hitting the cpu as much but the PSU fan should suck it out well enough, have an even flow.
