Hi guys, my front case fan won't reach to my motherboard to plug it in. Anyone know where i can get an extender to add on to my plug so it can reach the mobo? I need about another 2 inches give or take.

I was just in Microcenter today and saw one of those. Check your local comp shop.

would Best Buy or Circuit City carry one? CompUSA is a fairly long drive from my house, and i don't have any good local pc stores around me.

Bestbuy and Circuit City should, and if there's a Radio Shack around, they might also.

I was looking for the opposite; trying to get my sonata fans from molex to the 3 pin so they fit my high speed controller. Haven't seen those, might need to break out the soldering iron?

I ALWAYS just break out the solder gun and the heat shrink. I can't see wasting the time either waiting for it to come in the mail or having to drive all over to find the piece when I can make them in a manner of minutes.

Farmercal took the words out of my mouth - must be psychic. Now if it was the ATX mobo cable I wanted to extend, I could stand to wait a bit ;) . I've done it with soldering iron, but it wasn't any fun.
