fan error

guys I was just doing some wire management and now when I turned on my pc it gives me fan error, worked fine yesteday when I installed xp-120. Any ideas what to do?

is the fan connected to the correct header? the cpu header will almost certainly have to have a fan plugged into it or else it will error.

yes , but this is very strange. When I unhook one of my HD , the computer boots fine (like yesterday) but when I hook that additional HD I get the error, what does it mean?

Edit:

Tried changing the cables around and nothing works. I am totally clueless, does anyone know what might be the problem?

I figured out the root of the problem. It was my RAID cable. I have 2 drives in SATA. I added new drive today and pluged into RAID wanting to use it as SATA. Apprantely that was wrong thing to do.

VERY STRANGE ERROR for that, dont u guys think

So how can I add 3rd SATA drive? I have P4P800 mobo which has 2 SATA, 2 RAID.
