I just got a new case, switching out my old internals into it. When I did, I realized that there was only one slot for my fans to go into on my mobo, but the case came with two. Anything I can do about this?

You can find 3 and 4 pin splitters all over the web starting at $3. Frozencpu has several different varieties. As long as your MB can handle the rated current, you will be fine.
 
Wait, wait.. I also need to find out how to hook up the front USBS/ power on and off switch. There isn't any place to pull that in either, do I need splitters for that too?
