I have thiws San Ace H1011 that came from a server and I am going to solder a 3 pin fan cable to it. I cut off the connector for the server. but the fan cable color oreintation coming from the fan is (left to right) Yellow Black Red. But the connector i got is Yellow Red Black. Should i just unhook the 3 pin and re order them or is it fine out it is??

Red = + Relative to ground
Black=Ground
Yellow is for speed control/sensing

Generally I us a meter to find the + terminal on the MB then make that the red wire. Never had a problem with that. Other wise, make the color order the same as used with your other fan connectors.

Typically the terminal pins are removable from the connector body (need really small screw driver) to allow swapping leads (remove from the connector & swap leads).
