how can we see that the fan is blowing or sucking?

i will assumed that the fan is blowing clockwise.

if the front(usually with a sticked liked evercool or papst) is facing the user, does it means the other end is blowing, and it is sucking from the user to the other end

-real hard to explain with words.

The prob is i got a zalman flower, i do not know which side of the fan should be facing the heatsink.

Yeah...i am pretty dumb

Usually blowing out toward the side with the label. Plug it in and feel which way it's blowing.

you can plug it in to se which way it is blowing... but most (if not all) fans have 2 little raised arrows on one of the sides (on the depth side) that show which way the blades turn and which way the air flows.
