I heard not long ago that the Finnish government has the authority to force parents to change their children's names if they decide that they are too weird or will cause undue problems for the child later in life. That doesn't sound like such a bad law as long as it's only used in extreme circumstances like this one.

Fact: Whites have greater lung capacity than blacks.

Why are there more white swimmers?

Swastikas in every room, but they aren't racist? Either they're fooling themselves, or have no idea what the Swastika represents.

An ancient Indian good luck symbol? 😉

I can guarantee that the people in the article weren't using it in its proper, traditional, sense, but I still am quite sad that a couple decades of misuse by Hitler is what defines the symbol rather than the over 5,000 years of use as a symbol of good luck and peace.

That said, I can only pray that the children in this article are not too damaged by their parents and are able to discover what is right and good in spite of the corruption forced upon them by their parents.

It's a pity people like this are allowed to breed.

Thanks for creating three more pieces of shit like yourselves, Mr. and Mrs. Campbell.

Let me guess, you're one of those people who think nature determines 100% of a person's future?

I though the familial part is "Nurture".😕

After they accidentally sold those Nazi t-shirts, I'm surprised Walmart was willing to decorate the cake for them.

Nazi Swastika has reversed polarity on the ends from the Eastern Swastika, iirc.

Grr, why do Mosh's threads always get so big so fast? I turn my head and the next minute I'm 5 pages down!

Anyway... what's wrong with the name Campbell? 😛

Good luck?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swastika#Symbolism

Traditionally the swastika has been used as a symbol of good luck, welfare, prosperity or victory.

I'll remember that right after I name my kid after Himmler and take off my 1940s wehrmacht boots, setting them next to the skull with a swastika on it.

Outside of naming your kid Himmler, I see no issue with any of those.

Maybe you are a collector of artifacts (the boots).

Maybe you also worship a religion that uses the skull.

The swastika doesn't mean you are for Nazi's, just like the Confed flag hanging in your room doesn't mean you are for slavery. Those just are the ideas that pop into a persons head when they see them.

If you have Swastikas decorating your Home, you might be a Nazi
If you name your Kid after Adolf Hitler and Decorate your Home with Swastikas, well then there's a pretty good chance that you're a Nazi
If you name one kid Adolf Hitler, another AryanNation, and have Swastikas decorating your home, I'm gonna go way out on a limb and say that you are indeed a Nazi.

you're just a Naziist! What's ironic is that if they tried to pull this shit in Germany they would be in jail.

How is racism any different from religion? That is my point. Quite simply it is not. People believe their religion to be superior, they persecute (consciously or unconsciously) those who choose to believe different. They believe because of their lot in life they are spiritually and morally superior to anyone who is not part of their indoctrinated group.

That was my point. I am not a racist, but being christmas time and reading all the crap going around this was a good springboard to point out hypocrisy.

There is a huge difference between believing a religion to be true, and believing yourself to be superior. The two are not necessarily mutually exclusive, but I can believe in what I believe in and not feel superior. I am not superior to anyone, and my own faith tells me that indeed I am worthy of nothing. My own salvation is not because I am worthy, but precisely because I am unworthy. A healthy person has no need of healing.

Just to play devils advocate, not all white supremacists believe their race is necessarily better than another. Instead, they see race more in terms of a culture or way of life. So by supporting the white race, their really supporting what they see as a culture/or even nationality.

I definitely don't agree with white supremacists, but perhaps the world isn't always so black and white. Prescriptions to racism, nationality, patriotism, religion, and culture can all lead to inherent bias and discrimination--as all distort ones perspective of reality.

Sorry, but that's the cop-out argument. The Swastika represents one and only one thing since 1945. Granted that meaning was completely hijacked from another, better, meaning, but hanging Swastikas in your house is a support of Nazism, especially when you name your children after the "glorious" leaders of the Nazi party.

There are plenty of other symbols of peace that haven't been molested.

I've been told again and again that without god in my life I simply can not be good. No manner of good deed can be done, I will be punished in the end.

Sounds like moral superiority to me. Unless you have found a religion that says if you deny god you can still go to heaven. There are some small exceptions to this rule (as with any rule founded without scientific study). However even those religions have elitist factions that are ok with punishing the non-believers.

However, in the USA, the majority of people belong to elitist religions. Their beliefs state that they will be rewarded simply for believing. I however will be punished, simply for being alive.

Sounds like racism.

Only if you believe that religion is genetically determined at birth.

Take your intellectually bankrupt attempt at trolling out of our Nazi flamefest.
