Well unless you're a Nielson family it probably won't matter that much since they won't know you tuned in. However, I will be watching (and taping.)
What bugs me (and I've said this here before) is that they've killed this show by constantly moving it around so it can never build up a regular audience. The same thing was done to 3rd Rock from the Sun. Then when they finally DO let the Family Guy settle down on one night, they pick the one night that NBC has owned since the early 80s. This is an early week show (Monday or Tuesday) IMO. That's where it would do best.
Seems that after every season Fox wants to cancel the shows, then the public says no we want more
After every season the shows just get better and better.
They'll yank it and put in "World's greatest underwater rescue of drowing dogs 4" for filler. Way to go fox! :disgust:
If fox would just put Titus, That 70's show, the Family Guy, and The Tick all on just one night, my tv watching for the week would be complete. But know. The fscktards in their programming department have to keep constantly dicking around with time slots and making it next to impossible for me to figure out when my shows are on.
They'll play something for two weeks, and then put in some piece of sh!t rerun or "special" of something in place of their normal programming. Then next week they'll play things as normal, and the week after that they'll mix things up again.
I swear they have an ADD, manic depressive with dyslexia putting their timeslots in place.
And before anyone asks, you're damn right I'm bitter!

I know exactly what you're talk'n about. I swear, someone way up there in Fox does not want this show to go though..... they don't just keep play'n new episodes, or episodes period. They have some stupid special one week, the old episode, another special, they change the time for the show, then the finally get to a new one. :| THAT MAKES ME AN ANGRY MAN!!!!
One of the biggest problem is that they keep pulling it out of the lineup for sweeps weeks. That's when Fox puts in all those "When Animals Attack" (or whatever) specials because they only have a few regular shows that can compete head-to-head with the shows from the other networks. But if they would just realize that if the LEFT THEIR SHOW ON THROUGH sweeps weeks their audience wouldn't always deteriorate JUST as a show is building a following.
<< Good thing they might cancel this show...so they can put something orginal on the air like "That 80's Show."
Anybody think that new show has a chance? >>
How exactly is that show original? It's just a lame spinoff of that 70's show (which is ok sometimes)

I'm thinking there was some sarcasm in this post. 😉
my family (father-45, mother-43, me-17, sister-14, sister-11, sister9, sister7, sister-5, and sister-3) were a neilson rating family like a year ago, i remember the only thing i logged in a little journal for the week was like simpsons, snl, and family guy. Plus we all got a dollar in the mail when we sent in our log book.

Yeah.... I just love watching "quality white trash shows" like those .... grr stupid "specials"
That is the reason why I barely ever watch the Family Guy. I can never find when it's on. I watched some of it's first season and loved the show, but then it just disappeared. I found it again, but then it moved, then I lost it for a while... It sucks that when I finally know when it's on that FOX is thinking of cancelling it.
