Yeah, just saw it on TV. There's a couple of AC-130 Gunships flying around spraying the hell out of stuff.

Talk about the winning of hearts and minds.

Lets blow the hell out of more churches... That'll convince them not to fight!

Have you even been following the news Jolly roger? Have you been watching the huge amount of refugees leaving Falluah? How do you know that they are just spraying stuff. Do you even know how powerfull the optics on a AC-130 Gunship are? What churchs have we blown the hell out of exactly? You certainly seem extremely knowledgable on the subject so lets some here some more info on the supposed church the coalition has blown up. I'd like have some solid evidence, unless of course this is just pure speculation and your a another flaming ranting idiot.

More important than what he knows is what the Iraqis think. I think you would find it hard to make a claim of growing popular support for our occupation. There is a pic of a kid holding up part of a bloody US uniform.

This show isnt for you or me. Well, for the reelection I am sure, but the main caring viewing audience is where the fighting is going on.

And US foreign policy hypocricy continues. If Israel would dare do anything remotely like this, people would be going bezerk.

Why? The US is targeting terrorists and so are the Israeli's. Do you see Israel setting up remote explosives and blowing up passing Palestinian vehciles? Do you see Israel kidnapping Palestianian journalists and threating to kill em? I think not.

We're not attacking terrorists.

We're attacking Iraqi citizens who are defending their homeland. The terrorists are spread around the world (see what happened in Syria today?)

I think you missed my point. When Israel goes in to get some terrorists, the U.S. usually says something like "Israel has a right to defend themselves BUT we have grave concerns about the future of the region. Israel must consider the consequences of their actions".

We would be smart to listen to over advice to isreal about think about the consequences of sending gunships into cities.

We didn't have a beef with al-Sadr. We weren't attacking him.

Do you really think you know better than the Pentagon about how to fight this conflict?

We had invaded his country and occupied it with no end in sight. I'd be pissed off, too.

Even Bush said:

they're not happy they're occupied. I wouldn't be happy if I were occupied either.

Poised to reply, Perk finally noticed the insistent beeping of his genuine Packard Bell sarcasm meter and came to his senses, such as they are, after months of continuous posting here. He scratched himself thoughtfully in a place calculated to yield the maximum pleasure, and pondered the totality of all that he had learned here at P&N.

He then employed the unneeded second of this three second interval to begin the slow deliberate movement of his index finger towards his right nostril. There was work to do . . .

The Pentagons answer to any problem is blow something up. We need to give the Iraqis a reason not to shoot at us. We should be creating jobs their even if it is as pointless as paying iraqis to move a sand dune.

Do you really think that's why he's attacking US forces? I'm sure he realizes that if there were no attacks we'd be out of there much sooner.

Did you see Prince Bandar on Meet The Press Sunday?

That's exactly what he was saying!
