Main Quest help needed

So I've already dealth with all the side factions to get their help:

I chose to help Mr House and it upgraded all the Securitrons

Not knowingly the NCR bear quest popped up and now the NCR main questline is gone but the House/Yes Man quests are active. Legion hates me but I am OK with that.

Is there a way to mend things with NCR and continue on with them? I am still idolized in pretty much all their camps, having done nothing to cause them to hate me except giving mr house the chip.

I believe you've gone past the first point of no return...

You basically choose between 4 factions - NCR, Legion, House, Anarchists (You destroy all others).
Once you get the bear quest appear, that's the indicator. When you fail that, you've set your choice.
