Fallout 3/NV and Witcher 1 visual mods

What mods do you guys recommend for playing those games? I want to enhance the visuals a bit.

Also are there any other essential mods for those games?
 
For NV I have:

Character Overhaul
Wasteland Clothing hires textures
NMC's Texture pack
Nevada Skies for the weather

It looks really nice, I have to say.
 
go to the nexus, look at top mods of all time, order by Endorsements. Find the first big texture pack you see.

The new vegas one is like 3 gigs so I hope you have plenty of time.
 
For New Vegas I have EVE, Nevada Skies, Darker Nights, Electro-City, and Wasteland rePopulated. May add more soon.
 
For fallout 3 and NV search youtube, there's a series of videos that takes a few hours to watch and is pretty thorough..
