This is a joke. Sorry to all of you who are suffering with the crap service. My order went through smooth as can be, and I was downloading from Steam withing 5 minutes. Guess I got in right on the tail end.

Adam8281,

As punishment for your crime, I hereby sentence you to 160 hours of community service.
As part of your rehabilitation you will be held under "house arrest", you will be required to spend all of your time within Minecraft.
While in this "Minecraft" you will be forced to mine for minerals and craft things out of said material. You will also be required to chop down trees-WITH YOUR BARE HANDS!

While there do not even think about attempting to eat pigs, chickens, etc.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in you being confined in Minecraft for a year.

Thank you.

-Justice P.Thomas Trentmeyer the third. Archduke of Wannawingamuh.

Based on the threads on slickdeals and cheapassgamer the 3rd party that's actually selling the game is consistently honoring cancellation requests. Hence, I'm going to let my $15 ride a few more days.

Either I get FO3 Deluxe for a damn good price or I get a refund. I'm willing to let them hold onto my $15 for a few more days to find out. After all, in this market a year's interest is less than the sales taxes I'd pay even if I could get it locally at the same damn price....Worst case, I file a dispute with my CC and get it back that way.

As obnoxious as this is, it's a solid deal on a game I want and I'm willing to let $15 ride a while to see if I actually get it.

Let me know what happens; I did not ask for a refund; they decided to cancel my charged order.

Anyone not have their order cancelled that still waiting on an activation key?

I contacted trymedia's customer support.

Got this message a bit more than a day ago,

I have passed your query on to our engineering team in order for them to investigate the problem you reported. You will have news from us very shortly.

Thank you for your patience and for providing me that information.and please do not hesitate to contact us again if you need further assistance.

No "news" or any other responses but about an hour after I got the message the charge was reversed on my CC. I still haven't received anything other than a confirmation that my order went through and the customer service emails ending with that message.

At this point I doubt I will be buying from trymedia again at any price.

Did anyone hold out and receive their key? I chose not to, but curious if anyone else did.

FYI, Gamestop has had this exact deal before so it's very likely to happen again (for possibly even less money).

Never got mine. I sent them an email checking on the status of keys and they canceled my order.

I had almost the same experience. I emailed them, got lots of crummy advice, traded like 8 emails, got it escalated and then they canceled it and never sent another response. Never even informed me it was canceled, I just saw the chargeback on my bank card.

I will not buy from them again.

I should mention that several stores have the disk version for $20. Yea $5 more but you get an actual disk and worthless manual :)
