I fell asleep in my cube last friday for about 25 minutes... no one cared

I used to share my office with a co-worker, but he left awhile ago. However, a wall partition still separates his desk from mine. My co-workers keep joking that I could easily head back there and sleep for awhile, and no one would notice. I'll have to try it sometime.

Hey, I'm a network admin and I get paid to play Starcraft or whathaveyou. Except for when things break or we need to add/make something better ... then there is *no* responsibility sherking.

Nothing to do + Occasional Craziness is pretty close to mind-numbing same-activity all the time when you balance it out.

To the thread poster though, why don't you go for a walk and hit on a hotty? Works for me

well... there's always sleeping pills that you can dilute with coffee. ... for your boss.

i have in the past closed my doors and took a 30min nap.
did i mention that i work right next to the hr people?

if you do decide that you're going to fall asleep... make sure you don't snore.
