Well, according to a book on injury prevention, the generic ailment &quot;injury&quot; is the second most costly medical problem in the U.S., behind heart disease. I guess we need to be looking for the most costly injury, with around 800,000 cases.

I am going to guess injuries sustained by a dog attack.

repetetive stress inuries: not only does the treatment cost, but then there's worker's comp costs and lost production time.
