fixed my performance issue with Deus Ex... I had way too many AA features enabled in conjunction with maxing out the graphics quality settings. runs a dream now; looks phenomenal too.

Caused my 2900 XT to BSOD when playing any game full screen. Reverted back, and all is well.

You can revert back from the update? Why didn't I just assume you could!?

I'm still feeling sour with the update. Still playing Ys 7. Rolling back the NV driver removed the stuttering, but now I get what was a common issue with Windows 10 - the games lock to 24 FPS. At least before, it was at the start of the game, now it's while playing.

I can be playing without issue, 60 FPS, and then just get dropped to 24 FPS. I'd rather take the stuttering issue over this. Menus, anything, is slow as balls. ALT+TAB'ing out of the game a few times fixes it (until it pops up again.) I got 28hours of problem free gaming in Ys 7 and 2 hours of headache once I put the Fall Update in.

Probably a great update for modern games, but older (crappier?) ports might be an issue. Granted, work's been busy so I haven't been able to test a wider range of games (had no issues with 2hrs of Destiny 2 last night). So close to beating Ys7 from my understanding, so not sure if I should just stomach it or roll back.

can we start a gofundme account for this guy. man what games are you playing on that card.

Hahah. Thanks man, but I ran some benchmarks on it and lined it up against the 8800 GTX. It was strictly for comparison. I collect video cards and benchmark them using modern benchmarking methods. I posted the results on my YouTube channel. My main rig has a GTX 1080

Haven't experienced any increase in FPS, though I haven't made any benches, but just from feel and memory, its pretty much the same!
