I have a technique for telling if they are real. It's kind of hard to explain but if you look at a woman's neck, women with huge breasts have a sort of "soft" look at a certain point. It's not fat, but there is a unique look that I often see with women with naturally huge breasts.

Water based feel hard.

Silicone based feel firm yet unnatural since they're so perky.

The C scar distracts me when I'm kissing breasts, since the C scar is almost always visually noticeable (or with slight scar tissue) and gives away the love making illusion that they're real.

I've also noticed that lovers with fake breasts have a higher dose of insecurity issues than the normal girl (all ladies have insecurity issues, btw).
