Just a few minutes ago, I was laying down in bed trying to go to sleep, when I had a moment of clarity, I aknowledged for the first time to my self that I have a faith in God and that the world is headed in the right direction, we are all discovering something through our daily hardships. My basic logic is that God created suffering in order to give us a vehicle for our experiences and bettering our understanding. Suffering exsists not because God doesn't want us to live (well). Life and death doesn't really matter, it's what we learn about ourselves along the path through low times and high times. God also doesn't care which path we decide to take, and if you know that it's all for the best anyway, the good and bad, then you will want to follow the higher path. But if you don't u are still children of God, and there is nothing to fear.
So my question is - do you guys have this type of 'faith' that following your highest thoughts will lead you to a better life, or do you have an outlook where you think if a God exsists, s/he is not looking after our best intentions by creating suffering.
