there's cooking show where they try to come up with new fair/festival/carnival foods. there's a lot of thought that goes into it.

Fried Sweet Texas: This item also comes from Justin Martinez, and it was a food carnival in my mouth. Which is exactly what you want from the fair. It's pecan pie, peach cobbler and buttermilk pie, AND THEN YOU FRY IT. AND THEN YOU SERVE IT WITH BLUE BELL ICE CREAM, YOU GUYS.
