Fails Memtest

Hey, so I recently built a new computer

Asus P5k Deluxe
E2160
4gb Ampo Wintec ram

so i ran memtest as soon as i got everything hooked up, and it kept failing at test 3, so i took out all the sticks and tested them individually, all past fine. Went to the bios upped the voltage a little bit, put all the ram back in and now it fails on test 4. Any ideas wats goin on

You might have to up the voltage on the Northbridge.

The Northbridge contains the memory controller among other components & somtimes it just doesn't get enough power.
