Failing PSU? Node 304

I have a Silverstone ST65F-G in my Node 304. I think it's failing. I've been getting very sudden complete system shutdowns with no discernible error in Windows System Logs (other than an unexpected shut off warning).

Does that seem like a failing power supply? If so, I need a new one. Can anyone recommend a Gold+ rated 650W + power supply with dimensions (150 mm (W) x 86 mm (H) x 140 mm (D)) or better (SFX or ATX)? Must be full modular. I need the extra space (<140m Depth) to fit full length graphics cards.

This Silverstone 600w SFX powersupply seems great but got bad reviews.

The system in your sig does not require 650W. I think you'd be fine with a Silverstone SX500LG.

However, if you want a bigger unit to support more powerful graphics cards, Seasonic G-650 would fit the bill, it extends beyond 140mm quite a lot but the modular connectors are located so low on the PSU that you'll be able to connect them regardless:
