I'm sure most of you guys have good jobs in the tech field, how hard can this be?

I am a friendly person that will be comfortable finding solutions to problems over the phone, don't know what I did wrong.

Any advice?

P.S. Google is not helping

I wouldn't worry about failing that test. My company just starting using a psych eval test to hire new people. The first girl they hired had to be pepper-sprayed and removed in handcuffs from our office last week.

I would have posted it but I didn't have any pics. I also was too chicken to yell "don't taze me bro" as they were trying to talk her into leaving

You're not supposed to be honest on those things. You're supposed to lie.

If they ask if you think you're good looking, you put yes.

If they ask if you would turn in a friend for shop lifting, you put yes.

If they ask if you would stop a crime in progress even if the guy has a gun and you'd get shot and die in the process, you put yes.

No. I'm too good of a person to lie like that. If the company requires it then I'm too good of a person to work for them.

Race had nothing to do with it. I honestly think she was bi-polar or something.

She was hired as a paralegal. Her initial training went well and at first she was very amenable and friendly. However once she started speaking to clients directly the senior partner started getting phone calls from them stating that she was cussing at them and being extremely rude. The boss' wife called her the next morning to ask what was going on and she told her to fuck off and then hung up on her.

So, she was confronted and told to leave. She refused, stating she knows her rights. The cops came and tried to talk her out for a good 15 minutes or so. She was on the phone calling the NAACP and anyone else who would listen. I think she even tried to call Johnny Cochran  Eventually, we could hear voices rising, and then we heard a bunch of commotion and screaming, and then they escorted her out of the building and sat her in a squad car until the wagon showed up. The cops said she picked up a pair of scissors when they told her the game was over so they let her have the pepper spray.

All of this was a complete shock because as I said, she was very polite and friendly the first 3 or 4 days. She seemed very bright and motivated and we all thought she would fit right in. Hah.
