After writing The Illustrated Man I can understand why Bradbury was concerned about book burning. That book sucked.

When I was young and my siblings younger we burned a free romance novel that was sent to our house. That was good fun.

I would die for Don Quijote de la Mancha. I don't know what I would do if I saw someone burning a copy.

I thought it was a fantastic book. Equilibrium was an equally fascinating look into that kind of reality. It has been known to happen.

Oh definitely, mass book burnings are certain to happen any day now. That's why I buy gold bars from Glen Beck, despite what he did to that poor young woman in 1990.
