Carrying your baby in a jumper seat attached to your chest.

You're a mom, not a kangaroo!!

That's not a fad. That's how millions of women in other cultures across the world carry their children. It also helps the baby regulate physiologically & emotionally.

On a more topical note, I hate whatever fad teens get into to show how "unique" and "rebellious" they are. I wasn't into that shit when I was a teen, and it's just annoying now. Most fashion fads annoy me as well, most especially whenever bell bottoms come back. They're not "flairs," they're bell bottoms, and please leave them in the 70's!

I guess it goes along with Emo kids... but i cannot stand to see men/boys wearing girls jeans... AND MAKEUP. W-T-F???

didn't have to go far to find this.

every time i see a guy/boy/whatever wearing a pair of girls jeans it just infuriates me. seriously WTF.

that said, im 26, and i can tell i'm getting older. i said the other day, "if these kids were around and dressed like that when i was in school, they'd be inside a garbage can". i couldnt believe how old i sounded lol.

There will always be a subset of kids that dress like douches. If you don't remember that crowd from your childhood, it's probably because you were that douche. 😛

Blackberries or any texting device. Just freaking talk to your friends on the phone.

Not going to waste 5 minutes on the phone with someone I probably don't feel like entertaining a conversation with and only need to tell "WHERE'S MY LIGHTER FUCKWAD?"

That's a fad I hate. People love taking my lighters.

yo, for real. i go through bic lighters way too dam fast, and i never know who keeps takin' them! though i'm definitely guilty of accidently holdin' on to a lighter and then taking it myself...

I hate the fad of every guy around wearing Tapout, Affliction shirts like it makes them badass or something

Well I don't wear those because they love saying their name over and over. I do love my Monarchy and Salvage shirts, though.

Crocs

Blogs. We used to call them forums. Now they are blogs. Podcasts. I hate podcasts. I dont know why, but I do.

Blogs != forums. Blogs generally have one or a few authors who update regularly (typically 1 - 7 times a week, but some are more extreme). Comments are typically opened to allow for discussion, but not every web page with comments is a forum.

One of my most hated fads is blog hatred. Saying you hate blogs is just silly because blogs are so incredibly varied that it's basically like saying you hate written content. There are high quality blogs for virtually any subject you could conceive of. Like programming? Check out Coding Horror or Joel on Software. Interested in science? Maybe you'll like arXiv blog, Neurologica or Bad Astronomy . Or maybe you're more interested in tech news, in which case Dvorak Uncensored or Tech Crunch might take your fancy.

All of these publications contain high-quality, well written and frequently updated news and commentary. Why would you auto-hate them just because they're "blogs"?

People with BT headsets on 24/7

My biggest one? I hate cell phone cameras in general...but x100000000000000000000000 when used to take pics of an item for sale, especially when item is a semi-major purchase and the pics are all you have to go on. WTF, YOU'RE SELLING A FUCKING CAR, YOU CAN'T AFFORD A GD $20 2MP REAL DIGITAL CAMERA OFF EBAY TO PROVIDE NON-HORSESHIT PICS??

Tight pants on men. Even worst is tight pants worn really really low. Come on, it can't be that hard to undo your pants when you want to take a dump.

Apple is a biggy.

I hate well thought out reasonable responses. I also hate the word blog.

I hate people who don't own TVs and feel the need to tell people that fact once in a while. It just makes them look like HUGE douches.

There's no such thing as tight men's jeans. If someone is selling tight men's jeans, they just put a men's label on women's jeans.
