My XP2600 is running a proteome candidate,
FADSpy estimates total count time = 13 days, 21 hours (ouch)
Estimated points = 60666 :D

FaDspy always estimates high for me, and then crashes down to reality at the end. To bad I could not get those 100,000 point predictions...

How do you think a part time (non internet connected, ie, sneakernet) P3 800 (yes, the one I brought to AnandTech D²OL with 7000 candidates - it's still alive :D ) and a k6-2-500 I think it is, would do with FAD?

Same error this morning .... Good luck ...

Yep! I noticed some records were dropped and did another check on the file and the recommendation was to repair it, so that's in progress... again... I may just drop the table, recreate it and repopulate it.... that would take just as long as a repair I think!

Update : I've rebuild the history db file and am now repopulating it from scratch... I made some bad decisions about the file design that were incurring a heavy performance penalty... the new & improved really fast file should be available in an hour or two... it's processing history files at a rate of about 1 every 4 seconds and there are ~1800 of them...
