Thanks for the sediments ... er ... ahh ... sentiments. Some of the best aged fine wines have a bit of sediment hence the shape of the bottle to catch the nasty stuff when one decants it. Being American, I prefer sedimentary beer too (the kind where the yeast sinks to the bottom rather than floats).

I passed out gas masks to the hordes last week Didn't seem to help much. This week, I've taken a different approach and passed out cases of spray air freshener. I'll tell you, it's getting real "intense" behind "OF" (Old Fart).

I don't know if my production is off a bit or if it is just another big batch of 1qm3's that is clogging my queues.

Between big jobs and my work P4 registering a pretty low CPU rating that I just can't shake (looking at a reinstall next), my numbers have been consistently low... 🙁

We really do need some recuits. We are stale at the momement. Nobody is a threat, but we have no chance of taking #3 either unless we get some more people onboard.

I also noted that RA should have 2'nd place in about 3 months or so... unless the PC fairy makes a visit very shortly with a large load.

Ross, I doubt you will be that easy to overtake! You and Geoff both are great crunchers and teammates. The Rebel Alliance has strength in numbers. Not one of us could keep up with either of you two or Silverthorne ( Another great cruncher and teammate bty ) for that matter solo.

I'll take that :beer: 😀 Great crunching! I've fired up a 1700+ and have the two Dells on the way (P4 2.8 and Cel 2.2), so that should cut the gap a bit, but I don't think I can match your numbers at this time 🙂

I have the 2.8 and 3.2 back up and running after a hdd failure (5 years old 20 gigger bit the dust 🙁

And I got permission to install fad on a friends 1.3 athlon, so ias soon as he plugs it back up we'll finish the workunit and have a new member lol (silent member as he'll never post)

Got to make it over to my other friends house to introduce him to fad as well 😛

You farting is fine as long as you airmail the gas masks in advance and give audible warnings lol

I think I'm playing chicken with OF. It's a close thing ... which will come first ... will the hordes break stride or will OF break wind ???

 
One thing to look forward to is that once you pass him, if/when he does break wind it will just give the hordes incentive to run away from him even faster. 😀
 
the hordes are definitely suffering in "the wind" as it were ...

I am doing everything to encourage them ... these long jobs are excruciating ... what can I say ... there just aren't the drugs to cope with these types of situations ...
