Last night I started moving a bit of my herd over to FaD from SETI. I've had enough of the SETI outtage's and FaD seems to always have work available. My PC's are hungry and require lot's of DC food! 😀

Actually, I've been on the TeAm for over a year now. Just using a little P3 1GHz system to test out the client....turned into a long test, lol. Hopefully I can make a small impact with some more power! 😀

Looks like 105424 GFlops in 24 hours...I just started firing up PC's....MORE coming! Looks like I can easily do 150,000 GFlops per day.
 
OK, looks like I have a LOT of work to do to get to that level of POINTS, lol. I was confusing the two. /me = FaD noob 😕
 
Crap....I suck! I see I only submitted 13,178 POINTS in the last 24 hours! 🙁 Guess I need to keep migrating PC's from SETI to get this going at any kind of decent level!

What's considered a decent daily output in terms of points for this project? ...and there's no way I'm going to have the power mondobyte has....so don't go there, lol.
 
Well,

Start out slow ... and you'll figure out what is a decent daily output. I might suggest that because of longer running jobs, you might want to measure it in terms of weekly output. Even I see large variations in daily output due to jobs that run 20-30 hours or longer.

I would suggest that putting out between 100K to 200K points per week, consistently, is a very good target.
